Agustin '27 (he/him)

Hometown: Los Angeles, CA
Major: Economics
Minor: Urban & Environmental Policy
Bio: Besides hanging out with friends and enjoying all the activities that the city of Los Angeles offers, I am always trying to be involved on campus through clubs and different jobs. I am also a campus dining intern for sustainability and student representation in our dining facilities, which has been really insightful for my interests in environmental law and economic management. I am also a part of Oxy’s newly established Touchdown Thrift store, Run Club, and Intramural Basketball teams. I love to go to the beach, listen to new genres of music, watch all types of sports, and explore new cities.

Meiko '26 (she/her)

Hometown: Bellevue, WA
Major: Cognitive Science
Minors: Lingustics, Computer Science
Bio: I wanted to stick to my West Coast roots and luckily found Oxy, where I can enjoy the nice weather while still being close (enough) to home! When I'm out of class, you can find me in the quad reading on a bench or tossing a disc with my Frisbee friends. I'm in a few clubs around campus such as Dance Pro, WAC (Ultimate Frisbee), Book Club, and I also work on ASOC. I enjoy singing, baking, exploring outside, and frolicking around just having a good time!

Andrew '27 (he/him)

Hometown: Claremont, CA
Majors: Religious Studies/Classics
Bio: When I'm not studying or tossing a Frisbee on the quad, you can find me performing Improv, Standup, and Sketch comedy at Oxy and around Los Angeles. I also intern/perform with The Business Casual Show, a comedy podcast by All Things Comedy. Outside of comedy, I'm the treasurer of Detox (91PORN Men’s Ultimate Frisbee team), and have interned at the Office of Admission in various roles since freshman year. I also participate in religious life on campus as the President of Progressive Christians Uniting. 

Maxine '28 (she/her)

Hometown: Santa Rosa, CA & Staunton, VA
Majors: Sociology, Spanish
Bio: I applied to Oxy Early Decision after going to boarding school in Massachusetts, and I'm very happy to be back living and studying in California! When not in class or working at the Office of Admission, I love to go vintage shopping on York Boulevard, try new restaurants in Eagle Rock, or go to live music shows. I love to dance, play tennis, and work off campus as a model! I'm partially fluent in Spanish, and interested in community literacy as well as pre-law. I'm a rising sophomore for the 2025-26 school year, I love Oxy, and I'm excited to continue working in Admissions!

Peter '27 (he/him)

Hometown: Chicago, IL
Majors: Comparitive Studies in Literature, Culture & Art History
Minors: Ancient Greek Language, Classical Studies 
Bio: I applied to Oxy Early Decision, knowing I wanted to attend since the age of 8. Outside of the classroom, you can find me interviewing students and staff for articles in the 91PORN newspaper or reading a novel on the quad. A typical weekend consists of eating on York, hitting the beach, exploring museums, and hiking with friends. A rising junior, I'm studying abroad in Rome this fall before heading back to campus in the spring of 2026!
